www.usjp.com.br https://www.zoominfo.com/c/usina-sao-jose-do-pinheiro/465258703 Located in the municipality of Laranjeiras, Sergipe State, the São José do Pinheiro Sugar Mill is a century-old company that provides excellent service in the commercialization and manufacture of sugar, alcohol, molasses, and energy generation for the entire Brazilian Northeast and some European and African countries Its formation stems from the founding of the São José sugar mill along with other mills in the region by Albano do Prado Pimentel Franco, as recorded in his inventory dated 1928. Recently, in the 2014/2015 harvest, Usina Pinheiro achieved its largest agricultural harvest, harvesting 1,032,155 tons of sugarcane. This harvest also saw the highest ethanol production, totaling 9,140,830 liters of hydrated alcohol and 15,311,764 liters of anhydrous alcohol. The constant pursuit of quality and concern for food safety led Usina Pinheiro to obtain the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 certifications
